Steam Whistle BBQ Sauce (Pilsner Beer BBQ Sauce)
Recently, Steve Adams of Team Cedar Grilling Competition BBQ Team emailed me the following Pilsner Beer BBQ sauce recipe to try. It looks good, and as soon as the snow melts out there (it's winter here in Montana), I'll do some grilling and give this one a try.
Even though I haven't tried this BBQ Sauce Recipe yet, I can bet it's good. Steve and his team won the 2008 Canadian Open Barbecue Championships in Barrie, Ontario for the 3rd year in a row. So these guys know their BBQ! I haven't tried Steam Whistle yet, so I'll have to see if any of the stores here in Montana carry it. If not, I'll have to make a Canadian beer run.
Steam Whistle BBQ Sauce:
