White Barbecue Sauce (with mustard)
This version of the Alabama White Barbecue Sauce also has mustard which gives it a distinctly different flavor compared to the traditional basic white BBQ sauce.
Ingredients: 
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients until well blended. Best if chilled for 2 hours. If you prefer a thicker sauce, just omit the water.
